The poems in this year's collection will be chosen by judges, former Poet Laureate Sir Andrew Motion, poet and Editor of "Poetry Review" Fiona Sampson, poet and teacher Leonie Rushforth, biographer Lady Antonia Fraser and journalist Sameer Rahim.
