This book of ideas, Discursive Ramblings From Perfect Hindsight, is dedicated to all of my kids, grandkids, great-grandkids, and all my other family members, unnamed and at large. As I approach 80 years young, I finally (due to being a slow thinker) realize that I failed to give sufficient important instructions to those closest to me. So I say to them all "Hurry up and read this," and please accept my apologies for being so late. I also wish to acknowledge my many friends and associates who helped me draw some conclusions to many of these ideas. And to a few of those who pre-read this book as a means of finding any typos, "Thanks!" To those who have said they will be buying the book, "Good grief, thanks loads!" The very elegant conduct of my wife, Sally, gave me the inspiration to put in writing what I think has been a life-long display of the very best in morals, ethics, positive attitude, family love, and love of country. My thanks to her, and to everyone else who taught me so much.
