"Growing Up Boomer and Beyond" is the tale of a boy growing up in King of Prussia, PA, one of the many new suburban communities that formed outside of Philadelphia after World War II. These communities shaped what would be called the Boomer Generation. The author tells the lively story of his formative years with a decidedly humorous approach and follows the impact of his formative years into adulthood as an engineer in the technical revolution. Written in the style of an episodic autobiography, it dispenses with a formal chronological rendering and presents a series of colorful snapshots.
