In the hours before dawn a young woman has been murdered in Dublin and her body dumped on the city's quays. Early inquiries show that the victim had lived a double life and that the investigation into her death would involve some of the most influential people in the land. Veteran detective Harry Tinto is assigned to the case and with a small team of detectives sets out to unravel the mystery and find the killer.
