A Totally True Princess Story originated with a set of stories the author used to tell his young daughters. It is designed to teach young girls that they can be active rather that passive when troubles arise. It is the story of two warrior princesses from a storybook who come alive to help a poor motherless girl bravely deal with a merciless bully. After doing so, her life greatly improves in other ways--with the aid of a little magic.
