This evidence-based study explores the so-called Austrian Public Employment Service (AMS); an apparatus responsible for inequality, poverty, victimisation and human rights violations in Austria. Being shielded by the two main political parties in Austria - the far-right OEVP party and the opportunistic SPOE Party - the AMS organisation has the power to cancel and cut vitally important social security funds at their digression; jointly in collaboration with the magistrates and district authorities in Austria - which basically fall in line with whatever the AMS dictates. It should also be noted that Austria has fallen back seven places on the Social Progress Index (SPI); inequality and social discrimination of people increasing in Austria dramatically - the AMS organisation being a willing and guilty collaborator in perpetrating inequality, injustice and human rights violations in Austria - by propagating bureaucratic despotism, authoritarianism, lack of empathy and unquestioning loyalty to figures in authority.
