These proceedings contain articles on the historic development and current status of the fields in which Professor Perkins has been active throughout his career in elementary particle physics. The topics include the study of cosmic rays using nuclear emulsions, the study of neutrino interactions and neutral currents using bubble chambers, deep inelastic lepton scattering and proton decay experiments. In addition, the reviews cover LEP and HERA physics and future hadron colliders.
