Under command of the Reyger - an organization named after one of the sailing ships in Jan Van Riebeeck's fleet that anchored at Table Bay, South Africa on 6 April 1652 - right wing elements join forces to take control of the South African government machinery. Fundamental to the strategy is that the white people are to retain Baaskap - white mastery. The government of the day is to be undermined and a carefully chosen black leader being simultaneously groomed to be the puppet president. This strategy once successful in South Africa is to be replicated in other African countries so as to ensure the hegemony of the white people in Africa. Can Frederick and Jefferson stop this group of mad men before they have control over the entire continent?
