As architects willingly turned designers, the work of they are doing in this particular field deserves watching closely because of its courageous and imaginative engagement with the borders of transition between architecture and exhibition/stage design on the one hand, and craftwork and industrial design on the other – disciplines that have always been fundamental to design culture in Italy.
