Flame is about a kid named E.J. But he's no ordinary kid. He has extraordinary abilities, and uses melanin as a power.

E.J. encounters obstacles beyond measure from enemies that want to destroy him. Eventually, E.J. learns to how master his melanated powers--not only to combat those who hinder him, but also to save the entire universe.
