COMMUNICATIONS PIONEER is about John M. Mitchell's travels around the world to many different military bases involved in electronic intelligence under contract with government security agencies. Mitchell is a pioneer in satellite communications starting with President Eisenhower's Christmas greeting via Army Signal Corps Orbiting Relay Equipment project SCORE on December 18, 1958 to his retirement from the RCA ASTRO Division working with NASA in April 1991.
