The Great Canadian Improv Bible Study
The Great Canadian Improv Bible Study, created by Wood Lake Books' co-founders Milton and Taylor, provides a very different way of looking at Bible stories. Participants are invited to experience the story with Improv actors, and in doing so discover what the story means to them. Ideal for church groups--especially smaller congregations--this is a Bible study that is interesting, provocative, and fun. The resource allows people to imaginatively enter into five powerful stories--Jesus' parables of The Rich Fool, The Good Samaritan, and The Prodigal Son, plus two stories from the Hebrew Scriptures: Hosea and Job. The video is accompanied by a group leader's discussion guide.
