This volume is a sequel to the novel written by H. Rider Haggard entitled, "Wisdom's Daughter: The Life and Love Story of She-Who-Must- be-Obeyed." Marshall became so fascinated by the characters and vast philosophy found in Haggard's story that he was compelled to continue the story, which is found in this work.
