Book Two of "Inside the Shadow of the Black Hand" follows student Miroslav Tadic as he is ensnared in a Serb nationalist group by some of his closest friends.  Events boil over when the student-terrorists lure Miroslav to a decadent theater where illicit drugs and kinky sex are house specialties, and Miroslav turns from reluctant spectator into an unexpected hero who saves the lives of his friends.  Author Gary Marchese offers a fresh perspective on the terrorist phenomenon in this novel, as we witness the nationalism and political machinations that held sway before World War I.
