Classroom teachers and bilingual teachers gain interactive materials to use the assessments, word sorts, and games that are discussed within the book.

This DVD provides the same material as the DVD that comes with the printed book.  This extensive media component includes video clips from four classroom programs that have implemented word study with English learners. The DVD also includes electronic forms for managing assessments, planning word study groups, and creating your own sorts. It contains hundreds of prepared sorts and games that match the instructional activities described throughout the book; teachers simply go to the DVD to find the sort most appropriate for their students’ developmental levels and print out copies. On the DVD, teachers will also find spelling assessments in Chinese, Korean, and Spanish.
