Grundlagen zum Sozialmanagement
The textbook for students and practitioners of social work provides an overview of the basics of social management in twelve compact sections. Subject areas are legal forms (e. V., gGmbH, etc.), financing options, accounting, basics of organizational theory, human resources management, quality management and marketing. Classic instruments are supplemented by current trends, developments and challenges such as digitization, the so-called VUCA world, agility and climate change or sustainable management. In addition, the authors design a fictitious organization that accompanies the book and on which the thematic explanations are presented as examples. Here the readers are asked to develop solution strategies based on the previous chapters.
