Los Lobos gathered in a recording studio in their home turf of East Los Angeles to cut their new album, LLEGÓ NAVIDAD. The band researched and collected nearly 150 Christmas songs from across the Americas - North, Central, and South - and selected their favorite 12 to record. The result of this reunion of childhood friends, superb musicians, and LA hometown heroes is a collection of joyous renditions of rare gems and beloved classics plus a newly penned song, “Christmas And You.” The album contains songs in both English and Spanish and will appeal to a broad range of fans from Christmas enthusiasts, to World Music lovers, the Chicano and Latino communities, and more.
