27th International Symposium on Rarefied Gas Dynamics, 2010 : Part 1; Part 2
The RGD Symposia are highly inter-disciplinary and encompass all aspects of rarefaction and non-equilibrium phenomena in gases, where flows take place on a spatial scale comparable to the mean free path of a gas. Topics include: Boltzmann and related equations; transport theory; numerical methods including DSMC and molecular dynamics; gas-surface phenomena; nano- and microscale flows; molecular beams; clusters; space vehicle and hypersonic flows; vacuum technologies; plume flows; relaxation processes; plasma flows; materials processing; and experimental techniques. Because the RGD Symposia are recognized as the principle forum for the presentation of recent advances in this field, the proceedings, which are peer-reviewed, will be beneficial for researchers in mathematics, physics, chemistry and engineering.
