Relaxation Techniques for Healing from Trauma
Traumas, whether physical or emotional, tend to cause a person to blame themselves no matter how innocent they actually were. Car wrecks, accidents, sexual abuse, physical abuse, illness and other kinds of traumas tend to be positively impacted by learning these relaxation techniques. This CD is designed to help a person relax and let go of unwanted fears and/or blame and more specifically the resulting self destructive behaviours that can follow traumatic events years later. It can be especially helpful in assisting people to learn relaxation techniques for eliminating the negative effects of trauma and to be able to get on with their lives. It is most effective if played repeatedly for a week or two, and then periodically once or twice a month for a few months.
