Crime solving duos Preddy and Harris are back again, investigating the murder of a young man under a grand marquee at Sugar Rush Beach. Between the competing development companies rushing to win the Sugar Rush contract, suspects abound. As the case closes in, so does Preddy's suspicion that this isn't the only case Harris is investigating.
