In the past era of a crisis of confidence, called 'Vietnam syndrome, ' Mr. Ronald Reagan made a meteoric rise from obscurity, and had the cowboy people regain the 'Old Glory' of their country once and for all. And in this troublesome world of 'Axis of Evils, ' how can an American cowboy overcome wicked evils once again, just as Reagan did previously ? Along with its unrivaled 'hard power' of military strength, through the 'spiritual rise' of morality, based on the Christian charity(or love), and, by trying to take hearts and minds of all sentient beings on the globe(soft power), cowboy could safely lead and rule the world also in 21st century again as a gentle 'uncle' Sam with little fighting, instead of trigger-happy cowboy(gunman), just as said by Sunz(or Sun-tzu) in his ancient art of war. Against his old tactics, an American cowboy has got bogged down in the quagmires of Vietnam, Iraq, and even North Korea again and again, sadly enough.
