Honorable Correspondents, the new album from L'Attirail, is an ironic meditation on the history of espionage over the last two centuries, it is the soundtrack of a planet where everyone spies on everyone and where each nation sends its Honorable Correspondents to the four corners of the globe to glean indiscretions or plot incredible dirty tricks.
This album brings together thirteen musical stories as well as a bonus track: Water and Fire, in which we find Elho (Sidi Bemol) on vocals. This song is a tribute to J.J Cale, an emblematic musician admired by both Elho and Xavier Demerliac, an outstanding guitarist, an elusive nomad, as discreet and mysterious... as an Honorable Correspondent.
