This is the Three-Volume Reporter (First Edition) of all Russian appellate copyright cases from each of the nine regions, the Supreme Court and the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation from 1998 through 2008. Each Court decision is reported with a brief description of the salient points in each case using the publisher’s original proprietary indexing/search system for ease in researching particular points of law.
