Educational Policy in the Next Decade
A review of past major educational policy developments which have contributed to our present state of educational policy in America, including explanation as to how the last few decades have brought many of our assumptions about educational policy into question. Examines some social and political forces at work in public education, suggests some changes for the future, and discusses educational goals and methods of governance in specific terms, with an eye to supplying particular solutions to immediate problems.
