Grace Givens is a young girl who has experienced great loss too early in life. She has no family or a place to truly call her home. However when Grace starts to get to know a new teacher of hers: Mr. Edward, who has also experienced a great deal of recent loss himself, the two begin to help each other through the crazy ride known as "life".
