Signposts on the Road to Emmaus - Exploring the Mass
Signposts on the Road to Emmaus is a four-session programme which explores how the Mass is celebrated. The backdrop to each of the sessions comes from the story in Luke’s gospel of the two disciples who encounter Jesus on the road to Emmaus. Successfully taught throughout the Kildare & Leighlin Diocese, this programme draws upon the experience of participants, sacred scripture, liturgical texts, and invites practical application to local celebrations of liturgy. This leads to a renewed and deepened understanding of the Mass and its celebration. It is suitable for anyone who is interested in finding out more about the Mass.
