Food Safety is First focuses on food safety issues in our homes and businesses - as well as those experienced during disasters. It makes us aware of the necessity of maintaining of food safety at all times and the dangers of not doing so. The responsibility does not rest with the limited number of federal, state and local inspectors and instead rests on us, the consumers.
