This book is written in the hope that it will contribute to greater equality and help us to recognise that we are all 'one'. We all come from the same source, to which we all eventually return. It commends us to not be guided by outward appearance but rather, through our mutual experiences, to appreciate that we are all equally valuable. Told through the eyes of a community of enlightened cats, the book advises us that, even if we often find ourselves to be hateful, angry, greedy, proud or dominating, we should try to react to these innermost feelings by remembering time and again that love is the key to enlightenment.
