Contract law is an innovative, web-based course for students on undergraduate courses in law or courses with a contract law element such as business studies. What does the course consist of ?
The course consists of 20 units, each covering a key topic such as offer and acceptance, consideration, exemption clauses or misrepresentation. Each unit contains a series of interactive exercises allowing students to learn about the topic by solving problems rather than simply absorbing information. These are followed by a series of graded questions to test the student’s knowledge.
