This journal is an outgrowth of the 2013 publication of How Did They Do That? -- Career Highlights, Triumphs, and Challenges. The original book (still available by the way) includes twelve stories based on interviews with an actor, America’s first elected African-American Governor, an entrepreneurial couple, corporate executive, a survivor of the Iran hostage crisis, a centenarian-teacher who lived to be 108 and in the 1930’s taught students not only traditional education subjects, but also life skills. Words of wisdom from these interviewees and the others will encourage, motivate and inspire your work, studies or personal thoughts.
