Having emerged from a debilitating case of infectious arthritis in 2019 with the material for his Stronger Than Strong (2020) album, only to be knocked back down again and grounded by a global pandemic; then receiving a new diagnosis of a benign but aggressive tumor which required amputation of his lower jaw; all combined as the catalyst for a series of outstanding performances during 2022 tour.
