The Development of Children’s Thinking offers undergraduate students in psychology and other disciplines an introduction to several core areas of developmental psychology, examining empirical research as well as theoretical debates. It looks at classic theories in the area of developmental psychology and demonstrates how new areas of research such as cognitive neuroscience have impacted on our understanding of how children develop.
