An epic romance adventure in the years leading up to WWII. Two friends at Princeton University in 1935, an American and a German, who fly in the Thomson Trophy Air Races, both love the same girl. She marries the German and moves to the Ruhr Valley, while they become fighter aces on opposite sides in the Battle of Britain.
