Furthermore, it describes other aspects of competition law which today play an essential role in regulating the conduct of undertakings and public authorities in the market. As in the previous edition, there is a thematically comprehensive presentation of the subject, covering most of the areas which competition lawyers may be confronted with. On this basis the most important elements of competition law as they affect public bodies have been included - elements such as State aid, the liberalised sectors and public procurement. This text is primarily intended for use as a university textbook but given its comprehensive scope, it will also be of use to practitioners.
