This conference is a biennial conference for scientists, students and engineers working in the various fields of the fundamentals and applications of laser-based methods and devices. Topics covered at LAP 2008 include laser spectroscopy, laser ion source, ultra-short and intense laser application, resonance ionization and new laser-based devices.
