About the author:
Sean Hutton is an Associate Professor at The University of Law in Leeds. He is also a practising
criminal defence solicitor and former member of the Law Society's Higher Rights of
Audience Exam Board and Quality Assurer for the Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme
on behalf of the SRA.
Synopsis:
