In and Out the Dugout: The Resurrection from Street Life is a synopsis of my life. From a very young age into adulthood, I experienced rejection and low self-esteem. Which led me blindly into the street life of rape, partying and repeating unhealthy relationships with men. These relationships subjected me to the evils of rape as well as physical, mental and verbal abuse. For years, I was bound and confused. Yet, by the grace of God, I found out about the mercy and love of Jesus Christ. For the word of God is full of living power. It is sharper than any two-edged sword, cutting deep into our innermost thoughts and desires. It exposes us for what we really are. Nothing in all creation can hide from Him. Everything is naked and exposed before His eyes. (Hebrews 4: 12-13) This is the God to whom we must explain all that we have done.
