Current Legal Problems 2005 Volume 58
Current Legal Problems was established after the Second World War as a series of public lectures on law. It is now regarded as the most significant such series in the United Kingdom. Each year a wide range of edited texts are reproduced in the form of a volume. This year's is the 58th such volume. Subjects explored this year include Military Detention, English Criminal Law, Terrorism, Democracy, Human Rights, Civil Liberties Media, International Law, Family Law, Child Welfare, Health, Feminism, Economic Theory, Corporate Law, Competition Regulation, Contract Law, Property Law, Labour Law, Biotechnology, and Biodiversity. A companion volume containing the proceedings of UCL's annual inter-disciplinary colloquium is published each year under the umbrella title Current Legal Issues.
