Strength for Sports Performance
This title introduces the importance of a strength-training programme when training athletes. The DVD demonstrates a full strength-training programme starting with assessments and warm ups, then goes on to focus on different types of training-total body training, upper body training, lower body training and training using specialized equipment. The DVD also provides sample workouts and PDF files of sample training programs that can be printed from a computer with a DVD drive.
