AM:STARs Common Clinical Situations: A resource for Practical Care and Exam Review consists of 80 questions on a wide range of topics in the field of adolescent medicine. Each question, along with the correct answer, is followed by a discussion of the pertinent topic, including why the correct answer is right and the incorrect answer is wrong.
The PREP Adolescent Medicine questions were chosen to follow the format of the content specifications outlined by the American Board of Pediatrics, which delineates the areas of study covered in the examination required for subspecialty board certification in adolescent medicine practice and study for the board examination.
