The first part introduces the internet-related basic technological knowledge, so that the users can master the Windows system and the related browsers in Chinese language. The second part places emphasis on Chinese language study. Firstly, it aims at helping students read the online information more efficiently. Secondly, it assists students to communicate on line in Chinese. The topics of each chapter are carefully selected to cover the major aspects of our daily life, including the economic issues.
