On the eve. of his presidential election Georgia Governor Devin Lake is involved in an auto accident, four young college students are killed. With the help of the local corrupt sheriff they conspire to cover up the accident but a lone wittness has recorded the incident in an attempt to expose the sheriff and the Governor. Now they will stop at nothing to retireve the letter.
