The "Kindertransport", a plan which allowed the admission of young German Jewish children and teenagers into Britain, saved 10,000 lives. This is an account of what it was like to grow up Jewish in Nazi Germany, to escape fear and danger and also leave family and friends behind, perhaps forever.
