'Exploring the Gender Gap' is the author's third book of poetry and verse.
As its title suggests, the collection does include some questioning remarks on the subject of relationships, but there is also humour, and wide-ranging topics reflecting the modern computer age, such as travel, family and friends, community, culture, literature, politics and life under Covid-19. Here is both writing from experience and male fantasy.
There has been renewed interest in so-called 'prose poetry', so some of the pieces belong in that vaguely-defined genre.
The style is contemporary and mainly free-form.
