This book is concerned with the Hurtigruten Coastal Shipping Service of Norway. It presents an 'Open Class' postal history exhibit which means a significant amount of non-philatelic material was allowed. Of course times change and much of the material in this book would also be suitable for the modern F.I.P. 'Postal History Class 2c'.
