The Law Commission is required to submit to the Lord Chancellor programmes for the examination of different branches of the law that might require reform. The eleven projects in this, the ninth programme, are: codification of criminal evidence; cohabitation; consumer law; feudal land law; housing law; homicide; insurance contract law; post legislative scrutiny; property interests in investment securities; remedies against public authorities; transfer of title goods by non-owners.
