Supply estimates are the means by which the Government seeks from Parliament sufficient funds and fresh parliamentary authority for the bulk of its own expenditure each year. There are up to three occasions for presenting Supplementary Estimates to the House of Commons: in June (Summer), November (Winter), and February (Spring).
