All children require nurturing and stimulating learning environments, but many early childhood classrooms needs to be modified for children with special needs. Each chapter focuses on a learning center or a time of day, such as snack time or dismissal, with activities to help children with special needs be successful. By modifying the classroom and activities, all children will be actively engaged.
