The cruel scientist Dr. Stone heart was in prison in 2159. Four years later in 2163, he had help breaking out of jail with new evil partners such as Saul Ebenezer and Victoria Crenshaw two rebel members on the loose. Upon arrival in 2013, Brian and Farah need help of nabbing them, with the help of Amanda Reid and Paul Low, two novice cops. With new super powers, they take on these new threats and save the present from destruction to protect the future, also understanding past history of events.
