The Poetical Works of Adam Lindsay Gordon
1913. The only Australian poet to be honored with a bust in the Poet's Corner in Westminister Abbey in London, Gordon committed suicide on Brighton Beach in Melbourne the day after the publication of his poems in Bush Ballads and Galloping Rhymes. This volume contains Sea Spray and Smoke Drift; the aforementioned Bush Ballads; and Ashtaroth: A Dramatic Lyric.
